STANDARD FLAT V-BELTS

V-shaped belts run in a similarly shaped groove on a roller or pulley. As the load increases, the V-belt gets stuck in the groove, creating power distribution and torque.

HEXAGONAL (DOUBLE SIDED)V-BELTS

It is an ideal solution for “serpentine” drives where power is transmitted both above and below the belt. It is suitable for applications where rotation is required to be reversed on some drive shafts. The ability of hexagonal V-belts to transmit power on both sides is among the biggest advantages of this product.

POLYURETHANE V-BELTS

Polyurethane V-belts with nominal top widths from 3 mm to 11 mm are suitable for extremely small diameter pulleys and compact users with high rotational speeds. High modulus polyurethane V-belts, which is superior than rubber, the traditional belt material, offer fatigue, wear resistance and a high coefficient of friction. Also, since the polyurethane compound is not layered and poured without overlapping, it provides smooth operation and uniformity. Polyurethane V-belts are extremely resistant to heat, chemicals and oil. On the other hand, multiple polyurethane V-belts offer greater load carrying capacity at higher speeds.

Toothed narrow section V-belts do not need repair and maintenance, they are long-lasting. Thanks to its high transmission efficiency, it saves driving space and weight. It has high stability even in the toughest conditions. It has a uniform structure that prevents bending and it offers excellent resistance to vibrations and shock loads.

FLAT NARROW-SECTION V-BELTS

Narrow-Section V-belts offer more power to the user in a given area and decrease the cost of the drive. It is oil and heat resistant. It provides superior resistance to tensile and bending forces, bending fatigue and shock loads.
