L, H, XL, XH, DH, DR, MXL, XXH PROFILE TIMING BELTS

Inch scale timing belts are designed to be maintenance free and long lasting, being a highly economical alternative to chain-gear drive system, which is one of conventional power transmission procedures. The flexibility of these high-strength belts provides high resistance to elongation.
It is recommended for applications requiring maximum synchronization, small enwrapping and high speed. This space-saving durable belt type is the ideal solution for precision drives.

AT(3,5,10, 20), ATN(10, 20), ATP10, BAT10 PROFILE TIMING BELTS

Tooth spaces and dimensions are optimized to guarantee high stability. Reducing vibration and noise during the operation are prioritized during the production of these belts.
Double-sided (DL) options are available, except for the AT3 scale profile

T(2.5, 5, 10, 20) PROFILE TIMING BELTS

They are ideal for use where high flexibility is required. The profiles which are compatible with small diameter pulleys are also available.

TT5 PROFILE TIMING BELTS

This belt profile, which is used in circular knitting machines in the textile industry, provides superior resistance to friction, oil and solvents. It is suitable for use in high speed applications and operation with small diameter pulleys.

POLYCHAIN TIMING BELTS

Polychain timing belts are produced from a strong and lightweight polyurethane compound with a carbon tension strip. The carbon fiber reinforcement reduces strain and increases flexibility, while offering high power transmission with higher immediate load and service life.
The tooth and body are made of lightweight polyurethane material designed for perfect bonding with the cord and fabric. The hardness of the polyurethane belt in these products makes it resistant to abrasion caused by chemical substances.
Aramid tensile cords provide superior power transmission. Aramid cords are exceptionally resistant to flex fatigue. It is resistant to impacts and snap actions. The covering fabric around the tooth is resistant to oil, chemicals, residues and abrasion. The coating on these products reduces friction with the pulley, thus reducing the temperature rise.

OPEN-ENDED TIMING BELTS

With its HTD, T, AT Profile polyurethane and rubber options, it offers smooth and fast solutions in linear motion lifting, precise positioning and reverse drive applications. Open-end timing belts are designed for high performance demands in moving/lifting weights. It is an ideal alternative to hydraulic cylinders in scissor lift tables and to chain and steel ropes for vertical transport of motor vehicles in high ceiling structures. It is widely used especially in the awning industry.
